• DESCRIPTION

Knit a cozy, modern beanie for the men in your life with this easy super bulky knit men’s beanie pattern.

The Diomedes Hat is worked in the round with super bulky yarn for a warm, tight knit fabric that’s perfect for cold weather and everyday winter outfits.

Yarn

Super chunky/super bulky/14 ply yarn.

Needles

10.00mm (US 15) 16″ circular knitting needles.

Please note – you may have to change your needles for the decreases of the hat if working on the circulars becomes too tight.

This would mean using a set of size 10 mm double-pointed needles (DPNs).

If you do not have those, you could use a 60cm/24″ cable and use the magic loop technique.

This is an easy level knitting pattern and the techniques involved are the knit stitch, purl stitch, increasing, decreasing and working in the round.

Hat lying flat and un stretched - Height = 10.5 inches / Width = 9 inches
